6Peruvian Jude 6437

Jude is another one of our genetic originals and example of the quality from the last importation in 1998. She is a wonderful, attentive proven mom, which made it so nice when we were first timers! Her 2003 cria, Merlin (sold), from Peruvian Camelot, was a whopping 21 pounds and remains a large, healthy boy with an 18.9 micron and great handle. Jude’s 2004 cria, Princess, out of Snowmass Incaaccoyo Star whose micron is 21, is particularly special and is a fine producer for our program. She has dense, crimpy fiber throughout. Jude’s 2005 cria, Tully (sold), is out of Snowmass Highlander, son of Peruvian Don Julio, who remains incredibly fine with uniform architecture. Jude gave us a nice male out of The Aga Khan, followed by Rocco (sold), a very nice male out of Golden Sovereign. We repeated this last breeding and we not disappointed with Kateo.

You almost can’t beat the reproductive and health aspects of the import females, like Jude. On our farm, they tend to be robust, have textbook births, deliver strong, healthy cria, and are amazing mothers in terms of milk production, cria care, etc.

Jude is offered with a breeding to any of MVF’s wholly-owned herdsires. She also sells with $150 credit toward fiber processing at the Vermont Fiber Mill & Studio.
